- Audience members, just like in arcade and gaming consoles, will have controllers to pick two comedians who will battle each other!
- The winner of each round moves on to face the next comedian in a relentless battle of wits!
- The final comedian will face off against the Ultimate Roast Assassin – a secret weapon of humor, ready to destroy even the fiercest competitor.
- Will you be able to win? This show is fully inspired by Mortal Kombat!

- The victorious comedian and the audience member who controlled them will both win epic prizes.
